They got me a great interest rate from toyota. Tj the finance guy made it better with adding to a great deal with gap and warranty included. I drove 8.5 hrs to get this deal. I am from out of state, and I called about a truck on the lot and had the pleasure of talking to Dusti. Although the truck is not an exact match for my needs, Dusti went above and beyond to locate trucks that are a closer match. She obtained more information for me than I even asked for, and it exceptionally helpful. Unlike many salespeople in the auto industry, the interaction was straight-forward and pleasant with no silly pressure tactics. I highly recommend that you ask for Dusti if you are in need of a Toyota (even if you don't see it on their lot - she will find it).

Didn't make a deal but was helpful through the process

Sucks how cash is no longer king. The poorer the credit, the broker you are, the more they’re willing to deal with you cause they love them kickbacks! Sold a vehicle right out from under me because they couldn’t sink their teeth in quite as deep as they wanted. My purchase was in process and they called to let me know it’s no longer available.

Very slow service! My car had been ready for like about 15-20 mins but there was no one approaching to me even though I had told them my car has been ready!

We dropped off a car to have it serviced and a week later they tell us they can’t work on it. The service department is very poorly run. Talk to anyone but Caleb and only go if it’s your last option. Make the trip to Hattiesburg or visit an independent shop instead.

I waited over 45 minutes to get a an oil plug, 1 gallon of antifreeze and A PCV vale for my Toyota Tundra only to find out they didn’t have the part and my order was wrong. We just got another Toyota and from now on I will drive to Hattisburg Toyota to do business. Very Nice Building tho… Good Luck !
