What are the trim level options?

The 2018 Toyota Prius comes with seven trim levels: One, Two, Two Eco, Three, Three Touring, Four, and the Four Touring. The first two trims come similarly featured with 15-inch wheels, keyless entry and ignition, LED automatic headlights, dual 4.2-inch information screens, cloth upholstery, heated mirrors, adaptive cruise control, and a height-adjustable driver seat. Every trim will also be found with a 6.1-inch touchscreen, many driving aids, a USB port, Siri Eyes Free with voice recognition, a six-speaker audio system, and automatic high beams. The Two trim also comes standard with the Safety Plus package. The Two Eco trim has an additional inflation kit, illuminated keyless entry, ultra-low-rolling resistance tires, and a lighter lithium-ion hybrid battery. The Three trim then adds simulated leather touches, white interior accents, iHeartRadio, satellite radio, a wireless phone charging pad, a 7-inch touchscreen, HD radio, and navigation. The Four then adds simulated leather upholstery with white stitching, automatic wipers, heated front seats, a rear cargo cover, a power driver seat with adjustable lumbar, and seatback storage pockets. The Three Touring and the Four Touring are equipped with additional 17-inch alloy wheels, LED clearance lights, foglights, and imitation-leather upholstery with blue stitching.

What is the engine capable of?

Under the hood of the Toyota Prius is a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine with 95 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque. With the permanent magnet AC electric motor the additional 71 horsepower and 120 lb-ft of torque brings the overall total power up to 121 horsepower. The EPA gives this engine a fuel economy rating of 54 miles per gallon in the city and 50 miles per gallon on the highway. The Eco models bump up this estimation to 58 miles per gallon in the city and 53 miles per gallon on the highway. The Prius is front-wheel drive.
