I had never delt with Kim's before. I was looking for a certain Dodge Durango and went to my local Dodge dealer. They were not able to locate the truck I wanted. I searched the internet and found a picture of the truck I purchased and fell in love with it. I contacted the dealer through the internet and got a price. I then went back to my local dealer and told them the deal that I had found. They told me that it was a gimick and when I got there to look at the truck the price would change. I printed the offer that Kim's had given me over the internet and drove 72 miles to the dealership. Not only was the truck just what I had been looking for but Mr. Paul Sanchez was GREAT. He worked hard to get me an even better deal. Needless to say, within an hour I had purchased the truck and was on the way home. I WILL BE BACK to purchase my next new ride from Kim's without a doubt.

My recent purchase with Paul and Kay at Kim's truly defined a no hassle experience. I was presented with a more involved and personalized experience opposed to feeling like I was 'just another sale' as when searching at other dealerships. The traditional upselling or aggressive sales tactics were void in my observation where I was presented with my options that fit in my budget and 'wants/needs' list and left to make the decisions on my own. This was my first experience where a dealer had prepared my paperwork for me beforehand making 'sign and drive' not just a good marketing pitch, but also a reality. What a great buying experience! After getting the run around and a horrible deal offer from another Hattiesburg area Toyota dealer; which included a whopping interest rate of over ten percent, I made the twenty-five minute drive to Kim's. There I had the good fortune of being greeted by salesman Steve Lett. Steve was a straight shooter and had the patience to not only take me on several test drives, but also answer all of my numerous questions. Steve took the time to break down the pricing for me on two models I was having a difficult time choosing between. There was no guess work. It was all laid out in black and white. The end result is that I drove away with a great deal on a fantastic truck, including an interest rate of under two percent! I really couldn't be happier with my purchase and the entire buying experience at Kim's. They advertise no bull, and it's the truth.
